To schedule a court reporter:

All orders for a court reporter and other services are confirmed by phone the day before the deposition or proceedings.

• If you are in need of scheduling with less than 36 hours' notice, please call in your job order.
• Call us toll free at 1-866-SET-DEPO (1-866-738-3376).
• Fax 863-688-5064, attention "Scheduling". Include a phone number where we can reach you.
• Or use our online scheduling form. Required fields are marked red. For the other fields, fill out what you can, then select the "Submit" button to send it to our Scheduling Department. Please include your email address and a phone number where we can reach you.

Due to the Republican National Committee Convention, 08/27-08/31, our Downtown Tampa location on 101 East Kennedy Boulevard will be inaccessible.  If you need a conference room to hold your job request during this time, please call our offices at 800-272-0404 for alternative arrangements.
